- 1Open the chat with the student.
- 2Click “⋯” at the top of the chat and choose “Block”.
- 3Give a reason and confirm.
What happens
- The student can no longer book you or message you.
- Their upcoming lessons with you are cancelled and refunded.
Tip
If it's serious (insults, threats, an offer to pay outside Repik), also tell us via “Report a problem” — we can restrict the student across the platform.
