How does profile review work?

After you submit, an administrator reviews the profile — usually within 1–2 days. We check that it's truthful, safe and clear for students. You can keep editing while it's under review.

Why a profile may be sent back

• No video, or it's longer than 2 minutes.
• The photo doesn't meet the requirements: face not visible, several people, logos.
• The description contains contacts, links or a last name.
• The description is too short or not about teaching.
• The chosen subjects don't match the description.

If your profile was sent back

1. 1Read the moderator's comment — it comes in notifications and by email.
2. 2Fix what's mentioned.
3. 3Go to the last step, “Price”, and press “Complete registration” — a second review is usually faster.
